Common questions

• Add or change a child: in the app, open Account (the person icon) → Learners.
• Change curriculum or class: tap the learner's name and class at the top of the library.
• Study offline: download a chapter while connected. It then works without internet. Connect at least once every 30 days to keep downloads unlocked.
• Cancel a subscription: in Google Play or the App Store, under Subscriptions.
• Delete your account: in the app, Account → Delete account, or see how to delete your account.
